As part of the campaign, staff at the Paul Murphy Centre for Short Breaks held a workshop on “What makes a good support worker”. We had fantastic feedback from the team, who said

 

“Good for getting to know how to make us stronger as a team”.

“The workshop provided insight on how to make the team better”.

 

All our teams will take part in the workshop including our new starters as part of their recruitment.
